Mr. Vladimir Kantchev is a Managing Partner and Senior Architect at Service Centrix – a leading Bulgarian IT company.

With his vast professional experience in the information technology field, Mr. Kantchev has behind him a lot of conducted trainings and various projects for Bulgarian and large international companies. He has held positions such as: Lecturer, RPA architect, Software solutions architect, Senior consultant, Head of ITSM department, etc.

Vladimir is the first expert in Bulgaria who has acquired the ITIL Manager and ITIL Expert certificates and he is the only lecturer for Kepner Tregoe - Problem Solving and Decision-Making training.
